Questions
How do I cancel?
Annually or Monthly: open Settings, then Plan, then Manage billing. Cancelling during the trial means you are never charged. Cancelling later keeps Pro until the end of the year or month you paid for. Prepaid has nothing to cancel: it ends on its own.
What is the difference between Prepaid and the others?
Pro is the same. Annually ($120 a year, the same as $10 a month) and Monthly ($15 a month) renew until you cancel, with a 7-day free trial first. Prepaid is paid once: $42 for 3 months or $72 for 6. It never charges again.
Can I change how I pay?
Yes, any time, from Settings, then Plan. On Monthly, Pay ahead switches you to Annually, or buys 3 or 6 months of Prepaid that start when the month you have paid for ends; Monthly then stops renewing, so nothing is charged twice. On Prepaid you can add months, and they start when your current ones end.
Can I get a refund?
The free trial is there to try Pro before paying, so payments are not normally refunded. Ask within 14 days of a payment and we look at each request on its own, and we always refund where the law where you live requires it. The full refund policy is in the terms.
What does Gladiator do on Free?
Gladiator writes a summary of every practice round you play and reads back every Backtesting session you finish. Talking it through with him, and his help writing, is Pro. In a month of heavy use his Free summaries can switch to the app's own words until the month turns. He reads only your own trades, and never tells you what to buy.
What happens to my rounds if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. Your rounds, history, balance and Gladiator chats stay. Reading, Focus and your written reads are hidden until you come back to Pro, and then they are all there again.
Who takes the payment?
Freemius, a payments company that sells Pro on our behalf. Your card details go to Freemius and never reach Candle Arena. Your receipt comes from Freemius.
Is any of this real money?
Only what you pay for Pro. Every balance and trade in the game is practice money, and nothing here is investment advice.
